This paper introduces the present situation of laboratory integrity management,and explaines the significance of laboratory integrity management in detail. Through construction and research on integrity management system of the target laboratory,this paper summarizes easy-breakfaith sessions existing in laboratory integrity and analyzes strategic points or working process of easy-breakfaith so as to identify its nature and causation. Moreover,this paper discusses key elements that should pay attentions for building and operation of laboratory integrity management system. These elements include stuff integrity,making the test contract,management of test process,management of technology,management of work quality,financial management,administrative management. These seven features can pilot relevant organizations to formulate control methods and precaution accordingly. Also,they can pave the way for setting effective performance indexes or reaching to target integrity management.
