摘要
以清香梨为授粉树,研究了翠冠梨挂瓶插枝授粉技术。结果表明,以不冷藏、授粉枝直径0.55cm、1%糖溶液和2.4%糖溶液、清香梨花蕾分离期切枝保鲜作用最好;以冷藏3d、330mL挂瓶、授粉枝直径0.55cm、河底泥和2.4%糖溶液为营养液、清香梨初花期切枝能显著提高翠冠梨坐果率;不同挂瓶方法都能显著提高翠冠梨果实的横径和纵径;以冷藏3d、清香梨初花期切枝能显著提高翠冠梨单果重;以冷藏3d、330mL挂瓶、授粉枝直径0.55cm、2.4%糖溶液、清香初花期切枝对提高小区产量最为显著。
The pollination technique of hanging bottles for Cuiguan pear with Qingxiang pear trees as the pollinating trees was investigate& The results showed that the fresh-keeping effects of Cuiguan pear were better under the conditions without cold storage,0.55 cm pollination branch diameter,1% and 2.4 % of sugar solution,cutting branch on bud isolating stage of Qingxiang pear.It significantly improved the fruit setting rate of Cuiguan pear trees following the protocol of cold storage for 3 day,330 ml hanging bottles,0.5 cm pollination branch diameter,sediment,2.4% of sugar solution and cutting branch at the beginning of Qingxiang blossom period.Different methods of hanging bottles could significantly improve the transverse and longitudinal diameter of Cuiguan pear.The single fruit weight and the cell yield of Cuiguan pear trees were significantly increased with cold storage for 3 day,cutting branch at the beginning of Qingxiang blossom period,and with cold storage for 3 day,330 mL hanging bottles,0.55cm pollination branch diameter,2.4% sugar solution,cutting branch at the beginning of Qingxiang blossom period,respectively.
