摘要
对某萤石矿,采用油酸作为捕收剂,在低温条件下难以获得合格的精矿产品,且回收率低,严重影响选厂的正常生产和运营。针对该情况,采用新型低温浮选捕收剂K捕作为萤石浮选的捕收剂进行试验室试验,在低温条件下,可获良好的选矿指标。工业试验中,在原矿品位较低的情况下,高品位萤石精矿含CaF297.59%,回收率为44.82%;低品位萤石精矿含CaF273.51%,回收率为32.87%,总的萤石回收率为77.69%。解决了该矿低温萤石浮选难题,可供同类型萤石矿借鉴。
In order to improve the comprehensive recovery capability.solve the quality problem of tellurium in the electrical silver, metal recovery of tellurium in lead anode mud by reasonably capture and electrodeposition method was studied. This paper expounded the process and equipment selection for metal recovery of tellurium and achieved considerable benefits through the practice.
