群育是一种促进群己和谐、培养人的处群、合群、善群的教育。新加坡的群育遵循新加坡"共同价值观"的指引,与其他各育特别是德育有机结合贯穿于整个教育过程,融合、渗透于课程教学及学生日常生活和社会实践之中,并十分注重与家庭教育相结合。我们需要重视群育的育人功能,将群育作为全面发展教育的重要内容;从中华优秀传统文化中汲取宝贵的教育资源,注重学校教育和家庭教育相结合等。

Abstract： Education for Developing Sociability is the kind of education that promotes harmoniousness between the individual and the community, cultivates people how to deal with others, get along well with others and be good at organizing groups of people. The Singapore combines Education for Developing Sociability with the other goals of education, especially Moral Education , follows the guidelines of the Common Values, integrates Education for Developing Sociability into students＇ studies, everyday life and social practice, values family education, etc. Enlightenments to us are as follows： we need to emphasize the functions of Education for Developing Sociability, take it as an important part of Education for All-round Development, absorb rich resources from Chinese excellent traditional culture, emphasize the combination of school education and family education.
