AECOPD患者的免疫功能分析

Analysis of immune function of AECOPD patients

目的探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)患者细胞免疫和体液免疫功能的变化。方法收集住院AECOPD患者29例,以正常健康人25例为对照组,测定他们外周血T淋巴细胞亚群、NK细胞、B淋巴细胞水平、IgA、IgG、IgM以及补体C3、C4。结果 (1)AECOPD组与对照组比较,B淋巴细胞水平下降(P<0.05),活化T细胞水平显著升高(P<0.01);(2)AECOPD组与对照组免疫球蛋白、补体水平无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论 AECOPD患者存在免疫功能异常。活化T细胞显著升高,B淋巴细胞数降低,但功能未见下降,或有活跃。

Objective To study the change of cellular immunity and humoral immunity in AECOPD pa- tients. Methods The study selected 29 patients with AECOPD as the study group and 25 healthy people as the con- trol group. Their peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets and NK cells, B lymphocyte level, IgA, IgG, IgM and C3, C4 were determined. Results （ 1 ） The level of B lymphocyte decreased more obviously in the study group than in the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） , and the level of T cell increased more obviously in the study group than in the control group （P 〈 O. 01 ）. （2） There was no significant difference in immunoglobulin and complement between the two groups （ P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusion There exists cell immune function abnormality in AECOPD patients.
