摘要
重钢环保搬迁改造建设工程二炼钢生产线拟改建7#R10.5m四流大方/矩形坯连铸机,生产断面250×250mm、250×350mm,设计产能80万t/a。结合国内大方坯连铸生产实践,对该类型连铸机结晶器振动采用方式进行了设计及优化选型比较,并确定采用新型数字式电动缸非正弦振动技术,通过现场实践运用,采用非正弦振动技术后,生产使用稳定,铸坯质量得到改善,取得了良好效果。
The 7#R 10.5m four passes bloom/rectangular bloom continuous caster, whose production sections are 250 × 250mm, 250 ×350mm and yield of 800,000 tons per year, are planning to modify after the relocation of Chongqing Steel Company. Combined with the practices of domestic steel industry, a new type of mould oscillation program, the digital non-sinusoidal oscillation with electric cylinder, was adopted on this caster. After practices, the properties of caster are stable, and the quality of slabs is improved.
