摘要
当前航空公司选拔乘务员主要有"社招"、"校招"两种,在招募新乘务员过程中,不同航空公司其选拔的标准会有差异,总体上国内航空公司在招募新空乘时呈现出四方面共性特征。相比国内航空公司,外航更强调被选拔人员所具备的职业内涵。航空公司的选拔特征对空乘专业学生的培养有不少启示。
There are two ways about the airlines recruiting flight attendants, namely social recruitment and campus recruitment. In the recruitment process of new cabin crew, different airlines have different selection criteria. Overall domestic airlines are showing the four common characteristics in recruiting new flight attendants. Compared to domestic airlines, foreign airlines have more emphasis on the selection of personnel occupational connotation. The airline's selection characteristics have a lot of inspiration about the training of flight attendant students.
