摘要
大学英语教师话语在课堂教学中起着至关重要的作用。恰当使用模糊限制语可以使教师话语更加准确可信,维护师生面子,营造轻松愉快的课堂氛围。本文结合笔者实际教学工作,分析大学英语教师话语中模糊限制语的使用及其功能,以期对大学英语教学有所裨益。
Teacher talk, which is of essential importance in college English teaching, diretly influences the teaching effect. Proper application of hedges can enhance the accuracy and credibility of teacher talk, maintain both the teacher＇s and students＇ face, and create enjoyable classroom atmosphere. This paper analyzes the application and functions of hedges in teacher talk, with the hope of shedding some light on college English teaching.
