摘要 对不同气泡率的气泡混凝土密度、无侧限抗压强度的关系进行分析研究,分析了气泡混凝土试样的制备方法,通过密度试验和无侧限抗压强度试验结果表明:气泡混凝土无侧限压缩试验破坏过程分为四个阶段,分别为线弹性变形阶段,塑性变形屈服平台阶段,脆性破坏阶段和延性破坏阶段;密度和无侧限抗压强度均随气泡率的增加而减小;随着气泡率的增加,其主要破坏形式由脆性破坏逐渐转变为延性破坏。试验结果为现场检测气泡混凝土强度指标提供了依据。 In order to analyze and study the relationship between the unconfined compression strength and density of the concrete with different bubble ratio ,the preparation method of bubble concrete specimens is described and analyzed here . The results from the density test and unconfined compression strength test show that the unconfined compression test of its decomposing process can be divided into four stages ,such as linear deformation stage ,plastic deformation yield platform stage ,brittle failure stage and ductile failure stage ;the density and unconfined compression strength are decreased along with the increasing of the bubble rate ;along with the increasing of the bubble rate ,the main failure mode is gradually transformed from the brittle failure into ductile failure .All these as metioned above could provide the bases for the bubble concrete’s strength index in the field testing by density .
