摘要
为响应国家"十二五"发展纲要,节约能耗,开发绿色环保、保温节能型混凝土,二次利用农业废弃物,即稻壳灰,以其等质量代换水泥掺入混凝土中,复掺硅灰和粉煤灰,通过正交试验分析稻壳灰的取代率、硅灰和粉煤灰的最佳掺量。针对稻壳灰高性能混凝土的抗压强度对其工作性的影响,确定了混凝土的最佳配合比,并对其进行优先组对比试验,进行抗压强度和导热性能分析,为制备C60的保温型稻壳灰混凝土做理论基础。
In order to response the national “Twelfth Five-year” development plan ,save energy consumption ,develop-ment green ,environment-protecting ,temperature-insulating and energy-saving concrete ,and secondly use the agricultural waste - rice husk ash ,which could be mixed into concrete as the substitution of cement and again mixed with silica ash and fly ash .The orthogonal tests are carried out to analyze the substitution rate of the rice husk ash as well as the optimal dosage of the silice ash and fly ash .According to the influence of the compressive strength of the rice husk ash concrete with high performance on its working performance ,its optimum mix proportion is determined ,the comparative tests of pri-or sets are carried out ,and its thermal conductivity is analyzed ,which could provide the theoretical basis for making the C60 heat-insulating concrete of rice husk ash .
