新型农村社区综合管理与信息服务平台研究与实现

Research and Implementation on Integrated Management and Information Service Platform of New Rural Community

为实现新型社区中多村事务的统一管理与信息共享,在分析RIA、REST等技术的基础上,采用Flex技术构建了新型农村社区综合管理与信息服务平台。基于分布式多层结构模式设计了该平台的总体体系结构、技术路线与相关功能,并对其空间数据模型和工作流等关键技术进行了总结与分析,同时给出了应用模式与试验实例。结果表明:该开发模式不仅能构建具有复杂用户体验的客户端,还能提高系统运行效率与响应速度,满足了社区信息自动化管理的需求。

In order to realize unified management and information sharing of multi-village affairs in new rural community, the integrated management and information service platform was established using Flex based on the analysis of RIA and REST. The overall architecture, technical route and related functions were designed on the basis of distributed multi-layer structure model. Spatial data model and the key technology such as ArcGIS Server were summarized and analyzed, and then application model and test instances were also given. The results showed that the development model could not only build client with complex user experience, but also improve system efl＇ieiency and response speed, and meet the needs of information automation management in rural community.
