Customized Development of ERP's Supply Management Module for Small-medium Enterprises

针对中小离散型制造企业,定制开发一套ERP系统。该系统由8个主要模块组成,其中,重点介绍供应管理模块的开发。以产品3层BOM表为核心,将零件分为22个类别进行编号,采用订单式管理,订单合同号和零件号关联,提供载入和显示工程图的功能。某电装实业有限公司的应用实践表明,该系统界面友好,小巧实用,符合企业的作业流程,能提高企业的生产效率,为该类型企业的ERP定制开发提供参考。

A customized ERP system is developed for small and medium-sized discrete manufacturing enterprises. The ERP system has a core of three layers BOM and eight main modules. Supply management module is highlighted in this paper. Parts are classified into 22 categories. Order management is applied in the module. Order number is connected to part number. Technical drawing can be loaded in database and displayed on interface as well. Industrial practice proves that customized ERP system is compact,practical,and friendly. It conforms to the enterprise＇s habit and can improve production efficiency. This study offers a good experience for small and medium-sized enterprises.
