广西住房公积金管理存在的问题及对策

Problems in Housing Accumulation Fund Management of Guangxi and Countermeasures

住房公积金制度是国家在住房方面为中低收入群体提供的一项优惠政策,具有强制性、互助性和保障性的特征。2013年7月,笔者对南宁、桂林、柳州、河池等地的公积金使用和管理等情况进行了调研,针对管理中存在的问题,从七个方面提出了一些具有建设性的建议。

The housing accumulation fund system is a preferential policy made by the government to assist the middle-low income groups to solve their housing problems,which features compulsoriness,mutual aid and indemnification. In July 2013,the author investigated the application and management of the housing accumulation fund in Nanning, Guilin,Liuzhou,Hechi,and pointed out the problems in the fund management,then put forth constructive suggestions from seven aspects.
