作为专业硕士的重要一员,MPAcc教育近年得到大力发展,其培养质量关乎学员、学院和用人单位等多方利益,教育质量保障体系研究极具实践价值。MPAcc教育质量保障体系由供应、培养和就业三个环节构成,环环相扣。供应环节具体框架由组织机构、招生、教师、教学资源、管理制度组成;管理机制、监督评价机制、信息与反馈机制保障培养环节质量;就业环节受招生、培养和就业全过程影响。

As one of the important professional master trainings,Master of Professional Accounting（MPAcc）education has been greatly developed in recent years. Since the training quality closely concerns the interests of trainees,schools as well as the employers,the study on the education quality assurance system is of extremely high practical value. The assurance system consists of the stages of supply,training and employment, which are closely knitted with one another. The supply stage refers to institutional framework,students enrollment,teaching staff, education resources and management system. The education quality of training stage is ensured by mechanisms of administration,supervision and evaluation,information and feedback. The employment stage is also influenced by students enrollment,training and employment.
