摘要
针对米糠油的组成成分,阐明米糠油的功能及用途。利用米糠油样品,测定米糠油在贮藏过程中酸值、过氧化值的变化情况。结果表明,在贮藏过程中,酸值、过氧化值随着贮藏时间的延长均有所增加。
According to the composition of the rice bran oil, the function and use of rice bran oil are clarified. The acid value and peroxide value of rice bran oil are determined during the storage utilization of rice bran oil samples. The result shows that the acid value and peroxide value increase with the time prolongation in the process of storage.
