摘要
针对YJ19卷烟机吸丝带打滑,造成烟丝分布不均,烟支空头率上升问题,对吸丝带驱动机构进行改造。改变吸丝带包裹路径,实现吸丝带有齿形结构粗糙的一面与主动轮接触,增大驱动摩擦力。经过初期试运行,对于改善空头烟效果显著,有效地解决了吸丝带打滑问题,降低烟支质量偏差及空头率。
Considering that YJ19 Cigarette smoking machine ribbon slip, which resulting in uneven distribution of tobacco and increasing cigarette short rate, ribbon drive mechanism of absorption has been transformed. The path of smoke wrapped ribbons has been changed to make the rough suction side contact with the driving wheel and to increase drive friction. After the initial test run, the effect of improving the short smoke is significant, and the problem of absorption ribbons skid has been effectively solved, cigarette weight bias and short rates have also been reduced.
