摘要 为探讨食品工程专业学位研究生培养模式的改革,基于产学研结合方式,建立校内外实践教学平台,对食品工程专业研究生培养目标、培养方案、课程设置和专业实践等方面进行改革和实践,提高食品工程专业学位研究生综合素质,为食品工程专业学位研究生培养模式的改革提供参考。 In order to investigate the improvement of the training mode of professional degree masler's students of food engineering, based on education combined with production, the practice teaching platform are build inside and outside the school. The train objective, train scheme, curriculum design and practice are improved and practiced. The comprehensive quality of professional degree masler's students of food engineering is enhanced. It provides a reference for improvement of the training mode of professional degree masler's students of food engineering.
