应用能力培养导向的食品营养学课程教学改革 被引量:2

摘要 针对食品营养学课程教学中存在的问题,基于应用能力培养视角,对课程教学进行初步改革。在课程教学中,更新教育理念,注重培养学生综合运用各种知识解决问题的意识,注重学生的应用能力培养,开展以应用能力培养为导向的食品营养学课程的教学改革,包括开设实践教学环节、案例与专题教学、信息技术运用和改变考核方式等,把传授知识、培养能力与提高素质有机结合起来。通过几年的教学实践,取得良好的教学效果。 Aimed to solve the problems in the course teaching of food nutrition, reforms based on improving students' application abilities have been carried on. During the course teachinig, the philosophy of education has been changed. More attentions have been paid to improve the students' awareness of solving different problems using nutrition and food knowledge, and to improve students' application abilities. Meanwhile, more practices in the course teaching have been done including establishment of practice teaching system, examples and seminar teaching, application of information technology in teaching, and changes of assessment methods. All of those reforms are combined the knowledge learning, abilities training and improvement of students' general quality. Better teaching effects have been achieved through recent years' teaching pratice.
