中小企业执行力现状及对策

Research on Current Situation and Countermeasures of Execution of Small and Medium Enterprises

我国的中小企业发展势头强劲,在国民经济和社会发展中的地位和作用日益增强。然而,大部分中小企业都存在着执行力缺失问题,严重制约了其生存和发展。从中小企业执行力现状入手,进一步分析了中小企业执行力不高的原因,并提出的相关对策。

The rapid development of small and medium enterprises have become the backbone of china ＆#39;s economic growth ,and they become the heels of promoting social development .However , lacking of execution has become a problem of medium-sized and small enterprises .This paper first introduces the current mechanism of the execution of small and medium enterprises ,then analyses the problems existing in the current situation ,and finally proposes sug-gestions for the improvement of execution .
