言语礼貌是一种认知-语用现象,其生成和理解受各种语境因素如物理语境因素、社会文化因素及交际者的认知心理因素的制约。因此,言语礼貌具有主体性、相对性和动态性的特征。

In this thesis,verbal politeness is viewed as a cognitive-pragmatic phenomenon.Both its generation and inter-pretation are constrained by various relavant contextual correlates such as physical world factors ,social-cultural factors and interlocutors ’ mental factors .Therefore verbal politeness is characterized by subjectivity ,relativity and fluidity .
