云南少数民族护理实习生心理健康状况及影响因素分析

Analysis of psychological health status of Yunnan minority nursing interns and its influencing factors

目的探讨云南少数民族护理实习生心理健康状况,分析其主要的影响因素。方法采用一般情况量表、症状自评量表(SCL-90),对云南省昆明医科大学某附属医院243名少数民族护理实习生进行无记名自评问卷调查。结果被调查学生中SCL-90得分除恐怖因子分低于中国青年组常模(P=0.00<0.05);敌对因子分与常模组无显著性差异(P=0.806>0.05)外;其他七项因子分均显著高于常模组(P<0.05);其中以强迫因子分得分最高,其次是人际敏感、抑郁、偏执。结论少数民族护理实习生存在一定的心理健康问题,学习压力大、文化程度低、对专业满意度低是影响心理健康的主要因素。

Objective To analyze the psychological health status of Yunnanminority nursing interns and find out the main influential factors associated with psychological health. Methods The purposive sample of Yunnanminority nursing interns from an affiliated hospital of Kunming Medical University of Yunnan Province. It was surveyed by measuring the scale of their psychological stress ＂with General scale and SCL-90. Results Expect the fear factor, the scores of SCL-90 factors were lower than that of the national norm of youth（P =0. 00 〈0. 05） ; There was no significant difference between the scores of hostile factor and the national norm of youth. 7 other factors scores are high than the national norm of youth （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; forcing factor are the most highest, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, paranoia are the second highest. Conclusion There exists varying degrees of psychosomatic problems in the Yunnanminority nursing interns. Study pressure, low educational level, the low professional satisfaction are the main factors to affect their mental health.
