1例双侧原发性甲状腺鳞状细胞癌
摘要
1．病例资料
患者，男，70岁。“发现双侧颈部包块3月余”入院。患肯于3个月前无意间发现双侧颈部各有1个包块，无局部疼痛不适．病后未诊治，自觉包块稍增大，伴声音嘶哑。吞嘲唾液时感疼痛门诊甲状腺彩超示双侧甲状腺内多发囊实性包块（图1）。
