摘要
目的探讨股骨颈骨折的最佳治疗方案。方法将我院骨科收治的47例股骨颈骨折患者采取不同的治疗方法进行救治,观察比较术后1年、3年临床疗效。结果 2组患者虽在术后1年的临床疗效无明显差异,但试验组较对照组患者术后3年的临床疗效优良率高26.45%。结论采用人工全髋关节置换术治疗股骨颈骨折临床效果较为突出,进一步缩短了康复时间及医药费用,且安全性较高,具有突出的临床应用价值,值得推广应用。
Objective To summarize the experience of treatment of femoral neck fracture in the best scheme. Methods according to the individual situation and theprinciple of dividing the patients in our hospital were admitted to Department of orthopedics to different treatments for the treatment of patients with femoral neck fractures in 47 cases , postoperative curative effect analysis. Results two patientswere in clinical efficacy after 1 years of no significant difference,but the clinical curative effect of the excellent and good rate was 3 in test group than in the control group of patients after 26.45%.Conclusions bone fracture clinical effect is more prominent with artificial total hip arthroplasty for the treatment of femoral neck,shorten the time of rehabilitation and medical costs,and higher security,with prominent clinicalapplication value,it is worth in clinical widely popularization and reform.
