摘要
对慢性非传染性疾病(慢性病)进行健康管理,不仅可以提高患者的生活质量,而且可以降低医疗费用。通过"零级预防"对健康人群及慢性病高风险因素人群实施评估和有效干预、对慢性病实施规范管理和控制,健康管理在慢性病防控中具有不可替代的作用。综合性医院利用强大的资源优势,应建立慢性非传染性疾病管理基地,提供以规范化诊疗为基础,以生活方式干预为重点,以密切医患关系为纽带的全方位慢性非传染性疾病管理服务。
