品管圈活动降低患儿腕带佩戴缺陷率的实践与分析

目的探讨品管圈活动降低住院患儿腕带佩戴缺陷率的效果。方法通过建立品管圈"彩虹圈",对2013年6月—11月间我院住院患儿采取随机抽检的方式,利用品管圈活动流程进行数据统计、原因分析、设定目标、采取措施。结果活动前后住院患儿腕带佩戴缺陷率由16.6%降至2.8%,效果显著。结论品管圈活动不仅能够降低住院患儿腕带佩戴缺陷率,还能提高护理人员的工作积极性和自我管理能力。

Objective To carry out quality management circle activity in pediatric ward,solve the problem of wristbands hospitalized children with lower wear rate,improve the system of identification wristbands,ensure the safety of children. Methods through the establishment of quality control circle of／＆quot;rainbow／＆quot;,in June 2013 to November 2013, qilu petrochemical center hospital children adopt the method of random sampling,using the data from statistical quality management circle activity process,cause analysis,set goals,take measures. Results before and after the event was in the hospital with wrist strap worn defect rate from 16.6% to 2.8%,the effect is remarkable. Conclusion in order to quality management circle activity can not only reduce the wrist strap worn in children with defects ,it can improve nursing staff＆#39;s work enthusiasm and self-management ability.
