颊黏膜癌48例手术治疗临床疗效观察

Buccal mucosa carcinoma in 48 cases of surgical treatment of clinical curative effect observation

目的观察颊黏膜癌手术治疗的临床疗效。方法对1988年1月—2007年12月手术治疗48例颊黏膜癌患者的临床资料和随访结果进行总结分析。结果 48例患者1,3,5,10年生存率分别为87.5%,85.4%,79.02%,77.08%。死亡11例,其中脑梗死1例,3例因二次原发癌死亡,余均为肿瘤复发死亡,复发转移死亡占63.6%。结论颊黏膜癌手术治疗的临床疗效较好,术后补充放疗或化疗,可以提高生存率。

Objective Observe the clinical curative effect of buccal mucosa cancer surgery. Methods In January 1988 - December 2007 surgical treatment of 48 cases summarized the clinical data and follow-up results of analysis. Results 1, 3, 5, 10 years of survival rate are 87.5%, 85.4%, 87.5%and 85.4%respectively. Death in 11 cases, including 1 case of cerebral infarction, 3 cases with primary lung cancer deaths, 2 times more than died of tumor recurrence, transfer of recurrence deaths accounted for 63.6%. Conclusion Surgical treatment of buccal mucosa cancer clinical curative effect is better. Postoperative radiotherapy or chemotherapy, can improve survival rate.
