摘要
目的观察腰椎间盘突出症手术的临床疗效。方法对2010年1月—2011年12月手术治疗62例腰椎间盘突出患者临床资料和治疗结果进行总结分析。结果 55例施行扩大开窗术,7例施行半椎板切除减压术。患者住院18 d^28 d,平均22.5 d,均顺利出院。按随访1年时Nakai评定分级,优良率为93.5%。结论应根据腰椎间盘突出症患者不同的情况选择相适应的术式,术中认真仔细操作,术后重视康复训练,是提高手术疗效、减少术后并发症的关键。
Objective Observe the clinical effects of surgical lumbar disc prolapse. Methods On between January 2010 and De cember 2010,surgical treatment of 62 patients were summarized the clinical data and treatment results of analysis. Results 55 cases to enlarge fenestration, and 7 cases of half lamina resection decompression.Average hospitalization 18 to 28 d, 22.5 d and were discharged smoothly.According to the follow-up of 1 year Nakai evaluation classification, fine rate was 93.5%.Conclusion Patients should be based on different condition, select appropriate operation. Intraoperative careful operation, postoperative rehabilitation training, is to improve the surgical curative effect, reduce the postoperative complications of the key.
