湖北省高职院校结构优化调整的战略思考——基于动态聚类分析

The Basic Thinking of Structure Optimization Adjustment in Higher Vocational Colleges——Based on Dynamic Clustering Analysis

以湖北省高职院校为研究对象,通过多指标动态聚类分析,对高职院校进行科学分类;对各类高职院校进行多目标综合效益评估,定量描述各类高职院校综合办学效益;对影响高职院校办学效益的相关因素进行优势分析,得到影响高职院校办学效益的优势因素。在此基础上,提出湖北省高职院校结构优化调整的战略思考和建议。

With the research objectives of Higher Vocational Colleges in Hubei Province, by using multi index dynamic cluste ring analysis, the higher vocational colleges are scientifically classified; by evaluation of comprehensive benefits of multiple target in higher vocational colleges, the comprehensive benefit of running a school is quantitatively described of various higher vocational colleges ; analyzing the advantage of related factors on effecting the benefit of running a vocational college, the advantage factors of in fluencing running a school have been obtained. On this basis, the author puts forward the basic thoughts and suggestions of adjusting the structure optimization of Higher Vocational Colleges in Hubei province.
