Analysis of Abnormal Opening Fluctuation of Turbine Guide Vanes in Feilaixia Hydropower Station

主要分析了飞来峡电厂4号机组在并网运行时因导叶位置反馈传感器故障引起导叶开度异常波动的原因,阐述了故障分析、原因查找过程及改进措施。

Abnormal opening fluctuation of turbine guide vanes was observed during the operation in grid of the No .4 generator unit in Feilaixia hydropower station .And it is found that the fluctuation was caused by the failure of feedback sensor for guide vane positions .The procedure of failure analysis is introduced and improvement measures are proposed .
