The Status and Objectives of Eco environmental Construction of Soil and Water Conservation of Tongren District

叙述了铜仁地区水土流失的现状 ,分析了铜仁地区水土流失的成因及其危害 ,其危害主要是 :生态环境恶化、洪涝、干旱及重力侵蚀等灾害加剧 ;提出了铜仁区水土保持生态环境建设的近、中、远期目标及措施 ;阐述了生态环境建设中加强水土保持监督执法力度。

The author give a discription of the status of the water and soil losses of Tongren district,analyse its cause reason and damage which cause the evil environment and with disater such as flood,drought and erosion in weight and put forth the recent mid long far objective and its measure of the eco environmental construction of water and soil conservation,at last give a account of the necessary and importance of strengthening the supervision and control of water and soil losses and raising the idea and abiding the law during the period of the eco environmental construction.
