中垌小流域 1 980年起列为水电部治理试点小流域 ,经过治理 ,社会效益、生态效益和经济效益得到同步提高 ,被水利部列为“十、百、千”中的千条示范小流域之一。本文总结了该小流域水土保持生态环境建设的探索历程 。

After it is put on the list of harnessing experimental small watershed,Zhongdong small watershed's social benefit and ecological benefit have been improved in pace with economic benefit,and as a result Water Resources Ministry awarded it one of the small watershed about“ten,hundred,thousand”.The authors sumed up ecological environment construction process and developing goal is given too.
