Discussion on Approaches to the Quick Eco environment Construction of Degenerated Land in South China

在南方由于降雨强度大 ,一旦土地失去植被保护 ,容易造成土地的严重退化 ,故在地球北回归线与赤道之间的大部分地区已退化成沙漠。当今水土保持的首要任务是探讨有效、科学、快速的水土保持的生态重建措施 。

Owing to the heavy rainfall in south China,once without vegetation cover,which can easily bring about serious land degeneration.Therefore,most of area,between the Tropic of Cancer and the Equator,has become desert.The first mission of the work of soil and water conservation is to restore eco environment with effective,scientific,quick measures so as to speed up the process of eco environment restoration of soil and water conservation in degenerated land.
