The Sustainable Development of the Soil and Water Conservation

:水土流失是当今世界的一大生态“公害”。无论是发达国家 ,还是发展中国家都存在不同程度的水土流失危害。我国是世界上水土流失十分严重的国家之一 ,虽然近年来我国的水土保持工作取得了一定的成绩 ,但随着人口、经济及城市化建设的迅速发展 ,各种因素造成的新的水土流失日趋严重。论述了水土流失对可持续发展带来的威胁 ,提出了实施可持续发展的水土保持战略建议 。

The losses of soil and water is one of the environmental pollution in the world today.No matter in developed countries or in developing countries,more or less,all have the harm of soil and water losses.Our country is one of the hardest countries that have soil and water losses in the world.Although the work of soil and water conservation in our country got very great achievement after liberation,as the quick development of population,economy and urbanization construction,more and more soil and water losses caused from various facts get serious gradually.We discuss the harm that the losses of soil and water will bring to sustainable development,and bring forward some suggestion about how to carry sustainable development of the soil and water conservation into effect at last,which has practical and scientific value.
