摘要
"卓越工程师教育培养计划"的实施对中国城乡规划人才培养和教育提出了新要求,文章提出了城乡规划专业人才应具备的知识结构与职业素养,并从规划教育方面提出相应课程改革对策,以期给城乡规划人才培养提供参考。
The implementation of Excellent Engineer Training Program carries out new requirements for urban and rural planning talent training and education. We proposed the knowledge structure and professionalism for urban and rural planning talent training, and presented corresponding curriculum reform by analyzing the education status to improve the talent training.
