摘要
文章介绍了国内高校在贯彻落实教育部《关于进一步加强直属高校党员领导干部兼职管理的通知》遇到的困惑,在总结高校党员领导干部兼职管理取得初步成效的基础上,分析了高校党员领导干部兼职管理的困境,根据经济逻辑分析的理性思考提出了党员领导干部兼职管理的原则性对策。
"Further strengthen on part-time management of Chinese Communist Party members as leading cadres in universities and colleges" established by the Ministry of Education is implemented in domestic universities and colleges. There is much confusion in the process. We summarized the preliminary results, analyzed difficulties, and put forward principles and countermeasures according to the rational thinking of economic logic analysis.
