Thinking of the Democratic Decision-making Mechanism Being Perfected in the University Party

完善高校党内民主决策机制,是提高高校党的执政能力和领导水平的重要环节,是新形势下加强高校党内民主建设的重要内容。目前我国高校民主决策中存在决策民主程度不高、决策程序不够周密、参与民主决策意识淡薄等问题,通过剖析高校民主决策机制存在问题的原因,可以为完善高校民主决策的策略提供参考。

Perfecting the democratic decision-making mechanism in the university Party is not only an important link in improving the Party＇s ruling ability and level of leadership, but also the important content of strengthening the construction of democracy within the Party under the new situation. At present, in the democratic decision of our colleges and universities, there are many problems such as the democratic degree is not high, the procedure is not careful, and the participation is not good. Through analyzing the reasons, this paper can provide some references to improve the democratic policy decision in colleges and universities.
