摘要
中职会计专业学生的业务水平与企业人才需求的能力标准之间存在着较大差距,反映出实践教学环节的局限性。后续实践教学以学生上岗就业作为实践教学的第二起点,将就业阶段纳入教学范畴,为学生提供针对性远程教学支持。这一理念突破了传统人才培养观念的局限,使实践教学有了后续的、高效的衔接,最终达到中职会计专业人才培养方案所要求的培养目标。
There is a big gap between the professional level of the accounting students in secondary vocational schools and the talents' ability standard demanded in enterprises, and this reflects the restriction of the practical teaching. The subsequent practical teaching takes the students' employment as the second starting point, brings the employment stage into the teaching period, and provides the remote teaching for students. This idea breaks through the limitation of traditional personnel training, makes the practical teaching have the follow-up and efficient connection, and eventually reaches the accounting talents training goals.
