摘要
针对传统门机采用制动电阻耗能方式所带来的能量浪费问题,提出了一种适合于门机的可回馈电控系统。系统采用共直流母线方案,并采用双并联ALM有源整流模块,提高冗余度的同时,在电源侧产生实际电流效果接近正弦波,能抑制有害谐波。
Aiming at the energy losses of the conventional crane control system on slewing luffing crane, which using braking resistors, a proper regenerativable crane control system was proposed. The common DC bus solution was chosen for the system and the parallel connection of two self-comutated infeeds (ALM) was taken as well in this system, which increases the system redundency. Futhermore, ALM draw a virtually sinusoidal current from the supply which limits any harmful harmonics.
