摘要
针对额定载荷45吨的集装箱正面吊运机,建立了结构件车架体与臂架一体的有限元分析模型,利用MSC/NASTRAN软件对其进行静强度分析。同时对结构进行动态应力测试试验和对比,对起升载荷动载系数进行计算。有限元分析结果与试验数据相吻合,验证了有限元模型正确性。在动态应力测试同时也为进行结构的等寿命设计提供基础。
For rated load 45 ton container reach stacker, whole boom and frame body FEM model was created for static strength analysis on software MSC/NASTRAN. Dynamic stress of the structure was tested, for the calculation of the dynamic coefficient of hoisting .The result of FEM calculation is consistent by testing, so that the validity of the FEM model is validated. The dynamic stress test provides basis for fatigue design.
