摘要 为解决烟草制丝线开包机生产过程中开烟箱时间过长、零位频繁丢失等问题,对开包机的控制系统进行了优化改进。增加3个位置检测接近开关,并在PLC控制程序中增加位置信号反馈以修正机械手的旋转位置,防止零位丢失;优化开包动作流程,使多个开烟箱动作同时进行;增加寻零功能,当发生零位丢失时启动自动寻零程序。应用效果表明,改进后开包机零位丢失故障现象明显减少,开包机故障率由原来的13.3%降低到1.9%,寻找零位时间缩短到3 min,开包时间由2分钟/包缩短到45秒/包,有效提高了生产效率。 To solve the problems ot low ettlclency ana irequet zero drift in running the tobacco case opener in the tobacco primary processing line, the control system in the machine was improved as following: l) Installing three proximity switches for position monitoring and adding position signal feedback in PLC control program to correct the rotational position of manipulators and avoid zero drift. 2) Optimizing case opening sequences to enable multiple case opening actions simultaneously. 3) Adding zero searching function in the control program, starting zero searching program automatically in the event of zero drift. The results of application showed that after improvement, the frequency of zero drift reduced obviously, the failure rate of case opener decreased from 13.3% to 1.9%, it only took three minutes to search zero, and the time for case opening reduced from two minutes/case to forty-five seconds/case.
