摘要
采用ICP光谱法测定Ru/C、Rh/C、Pd/C、Pt/C、Cu/C、Fe/C、Ni/C、Mn/C、Re/C和Au/C等10种碳负载催化剂中金属元素的含量。对照了采用高温灰化消解、微波消解和HNO3+HClO4酸消解3种样品前处理方法对分析结果的影响。3种方法在各自适用范围内的测定结果均符合定量分析的要求,但HNO3+HClO4酸消解法操作简便快捷,可以快速准确测定Pd/C、Pt/C、Cu/C、Fe/C、Ni/C、Mn/C和Re/C等催化剂中的金属含量。
This work established the method of determining metal element contents in 10 different catalysts of Ru/C,Rh/ C, Pd/C, Pt/C, Cu/C, Fe/C, Ni/C, Mn/C, Re/C and Au/Cby ICP spectrometer. The effects of the digestion ways such as high temperature ashing digestion, microwave digestion and HNO3 + HCIO4 acid digestion on results were compared. The results of the 3 digestion methods came up to the quantitative analysis requirements. However HNO3 + HClO4 acid digestion were easier to be operated which can determine the metal content of Pd/C,Pt/C,Cu/C,Fe/C,Ni/C,Mn/C and Re/C rapidly.
