摘要
建立了固液相自动测汞仪对土壤样品中总汞含量的测定方法。无需将土壤样品进行消解,直接采用将热处理装置和原子吸收光谱集于一身的DMA80固液相自动测定仪测试。总汞在0—200ng范围内,线性相关系数为0.9999,在土壤样品中进行4个水平(0.5、1、10、20μg/kg)的加标回收实验,回收率在95.8%-100.7%,相对标准偏差RSD值为3.2%-18.5%,方法的检出限为0.05μg/kg。使用固液相自动测汞法与原子荧光法测试结果进行比对,结果表明固液相自动测汞法测定土壤样品汞含量,结果准确、简便、快速、安全,可用于土壤中总汞含量的快速检测。
A method for rapid determining of mercury traces in soil was established by solid and liquid sample automatic mercury analyzer. Without digestion, the soil samples were di- rectly tested by the DMA80 solid and liquid automatic testing instrument, which gathered the heat treatment device and atomic absorption spectrum in one. In the linear range 0 - 200 ng, the correlation coefficient was 0. 999 9, the recoveries at 4 levels (0.5, 1, 10,20 μg/kg) in soil, ranged from to95.8%- 100. 7% ,and the relative standard deviations (RS- Ds) was 3.2% - 18.5% , The limit of detection was 0. 05 μg/kg. Compared the testing result of solid and liquid sample automatic mercury analysis method and atomic fluorescencespectrometry method, solid and liquid automatic mercury measurement method is accurate, simple, fast and safe, and suitable for rapid determination of mercury traces in soil.
