摘要
对波纹管型机械密封进行受力分析,探讨波纹管工作时所受力波动变化的原因并提出计算公式。分析表明,波纹管型机械密封的动环在高速转动时,波纹管由于自身结构及制造安装误差造成的机械密封动环及静环的不平行,将导致动环和静环之间流体形成变化的动压力,而动压力的波动变化,是导致波纹管发生疲劳破坏的主要原因。采用ANSYS软件对J113-070/UBEGCF波纹管在一定工况下进行静应力分析,找出受应力最大的节点并计算其寿命。
Through the stress analysis of bellow mechanical seal, the reasons of the force fluctuation on the bellows were discussed and the calculation formula of the stress was proposed. The analysis shows that, when the movable ring is rotated at high speed, the varied dynamic pressure is produced for the fluid between the movable ring and stationary ring because the movable ring and stationary ring is mot parallel due to the structure of the bellows and manufacturing and installation error. The fluctuation of the dynamic pressure is the main cause of fatigue failure of the bellows. The static stress of the J113-070/UBEGCF bellows was analyzed by ANSYS software, the node of maximum stress was identified and its life was calculated.
