摘要
针对目前润滑站系统加注过程误差大、效率低等缺点,提出一种基于CAN总线和射频读卡器的多线润滑站控制系统。该系统利用VB编程工具建立PC与射频读卡器串行通信接口,利用组态软件WebAccess对系统进行实时监控、管理、控制。与以往润滑站系统比较,该控制系统经济实用、设计合理、运行可靠,同时可以达到自动加注油和远程监控的目的。
Aimed at the defect existed at the filling process of the present lubrication station system such as great error, low efficien- cy, etc. , the multi-thread lubrication station control system based on CAN bus and radio card reader Was put forward. It makes use of VB programming tools to set up serial communication interface between PC and card reader, and configuration software WebAccess to carry through the real-time monitoring, management and control of the lubrication station system. Compared with the present lubrication station system, this control system is economical and practical, rational in design and reliable for operation. It can achieve.the goal of automatic injection oil and remote monitoring.
