摘要
目的探讨基质金属蛋白酶(matrix metalloproteinase,MMPs)及其抑制剂(TIMPs)和转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)在中鼻甲息肉的表达情况。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测30例中鼻息肉与40例中鼻甲黏膜组织中的MMP-1、TIMP-1以及TGF-β1的表达量,并对其在不同组织中表达情况的差异性进行对比分析。结果中鼻甲息肉组织中MMP-1、TIMP-1以及TGF-β1的阳性表达率分别为100.00%、73.33%及100.00%,中鼻甲黏膜组织中阳性表达率分别为0%、75.00%及25.00%,两组MMP-1及TGF-β1阳性表达率相比,差异均具有显著的统计学意义(P<0.01),但是两组TIMP-1阳性表达率相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);经Spearman等级相关分析,中鼻甲息肉中MMP-1与TGF-β1阳性表达间存在正相关性(r=0.721,P<0.01),但TIMP-1与TGF-β1阳性表达间的差异不存在相关性(r=-0.049,P>0.05)。结论 MMP-1及TGF-β1在中鼻甲息肉组织中有较强的表达,可作为中鼻甲息肉发生与发展的重要指示物。
Objective To investigate the matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs) and their inhibitors (TIMPs) and transforming growth factor--β1 (TGF-β1) expression in middle turbinate nasal polyps. Methods Using enzyme-linked immunosorhent assay (ELISA), 30 cases and 40 cases of nasal turbinate mucosa of MMP-1, TIMP-1 and TGF-β1 expression were detected, and its expression in different tis- sues differences were analyzed. Results The middle turbinate nasal polyps MMP-1, TIMP-1 and TGF-β1 positive expression rate was 100.00% , 73. 33% and 100.00% , middle turbinate mucosa positive expression rates were 0% , 75.00% and 25.00 %, respectively, MMP-1 and TGF-131 expression rate,the differences were significant statistical significance (P〈0. 01), but the two sets of TIMP-1 expression rate, the difference was not statistically significant (P〉 0.05 ). The Spearman rank corre- lation analysis, MMP-1 in middle turbinate nasal polyps and TGF-β1 expression positive correlation exists between (r= 0. 721 ,P〈0.01), but TIMP-1 and TGF-β1 expression between the difference was not correlated (r=--0. 049,P〉0.05). Conclusion MMP-1 and TGF-β1 in middle turbinate nasal pol- yps have a stronger expression in middle turbinate nasal polyps and can he used as an important indica- tor of development.
