超高效液相色谱在体内药物分析中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 液相色谱是现代色谱技术中最活跃的分析方法之一。在环境科学、生化、食品工业、农业、药物分析等诸多领域的应用较为普遍。近年来,随着科学技术的进步和工业化发展,各领域对液相色谱技术的要求日益提高。首先是随着生产效率的提高,大批量样品的分析需要在短时间内完成,例如代谢组学分析;其次,在生化样品和天然产物样品分析中,样品的复杂性对分离能力提出了更高要求;此外,在与MS及MS/MS等检测技术联用时,对检测器提出了更高的要求,等等。
