摘要
民国新疆县制改革是新疆现代行政体制建设的一次重大变革,奠定了现代新疆行政体制格局,具有其时代特点与变革意义。但同时囿于国内外政治环境及新疆内部局势演变,其在应对新疆内外部危机、矛盾中,消极作用亦日渐显露,并最终导致了新疆政治格局的变化。
County system reform in Xinjiang in the period of the Kepublic of China was a big bang,which established the modem political system setup of Xinjiang,with characteristics of the times and significance of change.However,with the changing of political environment at home and abroad and Xinjiang situation,facing Xinjiang domestic crisis and contradiction,negative effect became visible and finally caused Xinjiang political pattern change.
