农村土地流转问题及对策研究——以四川省为例

Study on problems and countermeasures of rural land circulation——Take Sichuan Province for example

农村土地流转是实现农业现代化,加快城市化进程,解决三农问题的重要途径。中共十八届三中全会提出改革农村土地制度,加快农村土地流转,为下一步的发展指明了方向。该文从四川省土地流转中存在的问题出发,试图找出一些共性的对策。

The land circulation in rural areas is an important way to achieve agricultural modernization, speed up the urbanization process and solve the problem of agriculture, rural areas and farmers. Putting forward the re- form of rural land system and speed up the rural land circulation in the Third Plenary Session of the 18th Central Committee of the CPC, government points out the direction for its next development. From the problems existing in the land circulation in Sichuan Province, authors in this paper try to find out some common countermeasures.
