摘要
20世纪70年代以来,"日本经营模式"作为一个专有名词得到了广泛承认,它与以美国为代表的西方模式形成了鲜明对照。从内容上看,日本经营模式既有自身文化传统的因素,也有现代社会—经济结构的因素,但更主要的是战后对西方企业管理理论和实践的改造。就功能而言,日本经营模式发挥了巨大的作用,带来了日本企业经营的成就,也暴露出内在缺陷,包括忽视员工权利、过度精神主义、因诉诸惯例而缺乏理性化形式等方面。
The concept of Japanese management model, in sharp contrast of western business management model represented by American model, has been widely acknowledged since the 1970s. In terms of its content, the Japanese management model includes both elements of Japanese traditional culture and those of modern social and economic structure. It mainly represents a reform of the western business management theory in the post- war era. The Japanese management model has greatly contributed to the success of Japanese enterprises, meanwhile its inherent weakness, such as overlooking workers' right, over - amplifying spiritual factors and lacking in formal rationality for relying on convention, has been also exposed.
