污水站SBR池供水管道结垢堵塞的原因及对策 被引量:2

摘要 结合合成氨装置污水处理站的运行实际,介绍SBR池供水管道的结垢堵塞情况,分析结垢物主要为CaCO3和MgCO3,结垢原因是加碱后污水中pH值在9~10,是CaCO3结晶析出的最佳条件。提出用HCl溶液清洗结垢物的处理措施和将加碱位置改在SBR池上的防范措施。 Fouling plugging happened in water supply pipeline in SBR pond was studied in connection with the real situation in sewage treatment station in synthetic ammonia plant in Shaanxi Shanhua Coal Chem- ical Co. Ltd. The result shows that the fouling matters are mainly CaCO3 and MgCO3, whereas CaCO3 is sep- arated by crystallization under its best condition of pH value 9--10 after adding alkali into the sewage. Mea- sures are presented to use HC1 solution to wash the fouling matters, and to change the alkali adding position to the top of SBR pond.
